Marie offers a weekly pause to come home to your self and reclaim your peace of mind, through breath, stillness and self-discovery. She holds a space for you to slow down, unwind the body and regulate your nervous system. You will cultivate presence, invite release and encourage transformation though Marie’s guided meditations. Settle into a supportive group setting that nurtures calm, clarity and community.
Grounded in wisdom, free from dogma, open to all.
Who is it for?
One of the biggest myths about meditation is that it isn’t for everyone. In reality, there are many different styles and techniques and if one doesn’t suit you, it doesn’t mean meditation isn’t for you.
Marie likes to think if meditation like food: We all need it, but we have different tastes and requirements. You wouldn’t starve your self because one dish didn’t agree with you . Meditation is the same. It is about exploring and finding what fits to us as individuals.
The key to exploring meditation is to stay open with a curious mind. Everyone is welcome.
what to expect
a calm studio space with mats, bolsters and blankets (if you prefer to sit on a chair just let Marie know)
a 50 minute guided meditation
calm your nervous system, release stress and tension
herbal teas and water if you would like to join a sharing circle at the end or would like to connect with other members in the reception area.
