The Warrior Studio Terms & Conditions
1. Interpretation
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Warrior Industries LTD (“Warrior Studio”, “we”, “our”, “us”). For the purposes of these Terms, a person booking our classes is a client or member. By booking a Warrior Studio class, or by using our services, you become a Studio member (“Warrior Studio Membership”) and are expressly agreeing to our Terms. Warrior Studio is situated at 2 Southlands Road, Chandlers House, BR2 9QP, Bromley.

2. Booking a Warrior Studio class
Classes (including one-to-one sessions) can be booked via our web app Warrior martial Arts and Studio App (“Warrior App”). Our websites links to the application. If this is your first visit to a studio, you will need to create an account online before attending, by clicking ‘BOOK’ on our timetable and and following the prompt to create an account.
You must be 15 years of age or above to actively participate at a Warrior Studio Class. If you are under the age of 18 your parents or legal guardian must be notified that you are training with us and must have signed the waiver for you.
At Warrior Studio we operate a cashless policy, unless the Studio Manager (as notified to you from time to time) determines that there are extenuating circumstances that require the use of cash.
All classes whether booking a single class, or a block of classes, must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable/transferable.
If a class/classes are booked using an introductory offer or promotional code, these are single use only. These specific types of classes will expire within one month from the date of purchase
The following expiry periods will apply for the HOB class bundles:
single 1 Session: Valid for 4 weeks
5 Sessions: Valid for 6 weeks
10 Sessions: Valid for 12 weeks
3. Warrior Studio Prices
The price of our classes and packages will be displayed on our Warrior Web App and Warrior Studio Website. These prices may increase from time to time.
In the event of a price increase, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as practically possible.
4. Cancelling a Warrior Studio Class
We understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel a class for an unforeseen reason. We also have to ensure that we operate a fair cancellation policy for our Members/Clients who may be placed on waitlists due to high demand. Therefore, we operate a 12 hour cancellation policy.
For classes that are cancelled with more than 12 hours’ notice of the class start time, your Warrior Studio credits will be returned to your account.
In the event that a class is cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice of the class start time, your Warrior Studio credits will be deemed as used and will not be credited.
5. The Warrior Studio Waitlist
If a class is at capacity, you can be added onto our waitlist.
Should a Member/Client cancel a class within our permitted 12-hour cancellation window, you will be notified via the Warrior Web App.
6. Warrior Studio Instructors
At Warrior Studio we have a very talented team of instructors/coaches and we know that Members/Clients will often book a class based on their favourite. However, from time to time we may need to change a teacher for a class due to reasons outside of our control. In these circumstances, we will notify our Members/Clients as soon as we reasonably can via the Warrior Web App.
7. What to Wear to a Warrior Studio Class
We want our Members/Clients to feel comfortable during a Warrior Studio class and we would recommend that you wear gym/active wear that enables agile movement.
If Your class requires footwear it is expect that you wear clean trainers that are only worn for indoor sports activities. We do not allow any dirty/street shoes in the studio.
8. Warrior Studio Equipment
At Warrior Studio we will provide all the equipment you need to participate in the class, which includes (but is not limited to) mats, Yoga and Pilates equipment, hand weights, resistance bands, fitness equipment.
9. Arriving at Warrior Studio for Your Class
Please arrive for your booked Warrior Studio class five minutes prior to its start time. This will allow you to put away your belongings and begin the class on time, without causing disruption to other Members/Clients.
Should you arrive for your class late, the Warrior Studio Instructor reserves the right to determine that you are not permitted to participate in the class. This is in the best interests of our Members/Clients, as well as for your safety, as the warm-up section of the class is an integral element of this.
10. Taking Part in a Warrior Studio Class
Your health and safety is our priority and that is why we ensure that up-to-date medical information is provided by you at the outset of your Warrior Studio Membership. This is so that we are made aware of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may impact your participation in our classes.
Whilst our teachers will always check for any new medical conditions or injuries at the beginning of each class, we rely on you to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Should any medical information change during your Warrior Studio Membership, you are required to inform us immediately.
Should a Warrior Studio instructor exercise their reasonable judgement and discretion in determining that you are not fit and/or well to participate in a class, they reserve the right to restrict your participation in the class or refuse your taking part altogether.
All of our Instructors/Coaches are highly skilled and qualified in their field. We hope that all Members/Clients will follow their instructions and explanations to the best of their ability, but we cannot be held responsible for any careless or reckless behaviour with the use of our equipment.
11. Member’s/Client’s Personal Belongings
At the Studio we will provide facilities for you to put your personal belongings, however, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any misplaced or lost personal belongings.
All items left behind will be stored in ‘Lost & Found’. Items will be kept for one month and anything left unclaimed will be given to a charity.
12. Hygiene at Warrior Studio
Whilst we will try our very best to ensure that the Studio is kept clean and tidy at all times, we ask that you clean your used equipment after each class using the cleaning products provided.
13. Illness
In the event that you contract an infectious disease during your Warrior Studio Membership, you must inform us immediately by email warriorstudiobromley@gmail.com and provide a statement of fitness before we can permit you to participate in one of our classes.
In the case of an severe injury we need to know you have been cleared by your physician to continue training before you rejoin.
14. Pregnancy
If you have practised with us before, then you are able to join our classes subject to any medical clearance and the necessary adjustments being made. Please let your instructor know before the start of your session of your pregnancy and they will discuss the adjustments with you.
If you are new Member/Client and are pregnant when you are starting to train at Warrior Studio we expect you to contact us prior to your first session so we can advise you which sessions are appropriate for you.
15. Warrior Studio’s Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the HOB Privacy Notice (as amended from time to time), which can be accessed on our website.
16. Social media, Photo, Video and CCTV consent
All members and parents will agree to our photo, videography and CCTV consent when purchasing a class/membership.
Warrior Studio will, during classes, take photo and video footage to use as promotional material via our social forums as well as for our newsletter and website marketing. Should this be an issue please discuss with the Warrior Studio manager or email warriorstudiobromley@gmail.com
17. Code of conduct
It is the mission of Warrior Studio to provide a safe, positive and welcoming environment for its staff, members/clients and visitors. All Clients/Members, parents and visitors to Warrior Martial Arts and Studio will be expected to contribute toward this environment. This includes but is not limited too:
No use of foul or offensive language within Warrior Martial Arts and Studio.
Not too intentionally behave in a manner that is intimidating or offensive to staff, members or visitors.
To treat all persons with respect and to not discriminate against any person or group regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity, sexuality, disability or political disposition.
To treat the space with respect.
18. Temporary Academy Closure for Public Holidays
Warrior Studio reserves the right to close and/or offer reduced services on public holidays.
Warrior Studio will not issue partial refunds on membership for temporary closure or reduced services on public holidays/Christmas shutdown periods.
Warrior Studio reserves the right to shut down for 14 days each Christmas and may offer reduced services from 22nd December to 4th January.
19. Complaints & Feedback
In the event that you wish to raise a formal complaint or give constructive feedback please do not hesitate to contact us at warriorstudiobromley@gmail.com. Complaints must be made in writing. We take complaints and feedback extremely seriously and offer complete confidentiality. We will endeavour to put right any issues where we feel the fault lies with Warrior Martial Arts or a member of our team.
Where we feel that communication from members is not appropriate, abusive or continuous after resolution, we reserve the right to cease communication and/or if appropriate, terminate membership. Warrior Martial Arts will review its terms and conditions not less than annually or at any significant event.
