Turn down the noise of the world and Join Marie’s Sound baths
Marie Penrose from Penrose Mediation hosts monthly sound baths at our cosy Warrior Studio in Bromley. Marie creates a restoring and healing sound journey with her crystal singing bowls to help you reconnect and zone into a deeply relaxing mediative experience.
There is the option to join the group for a sharing circle at the end or get comfy in the reception area to connect with the community and likeminded people in your own pace.
What to expect
a calm studio space with mats, bolsters and blankets
a 50 minute sound bath
gentle guidance into the relaxation
a special sound experience where Marie creates vibrations, frequencies and sounds with crystal bowls, wind chimes and different calming instruments.
feel a deep relaxation, calm your nervous system, release stress and tension
immerse through the sounds into a deep meditative state
herbal teas and water if you would like to join a sharing circle at the end or would like to connect with other members in the reception area.
please bring
comfortable clothing with different layers to get cosy and comfy
we offer light weight blankets and full size bolsters but if you would prefer a thicker blanket or your own pillow feel free to bring it so you can be as comfortable as possible.
