Derya
Derya is a positive beam of sunshine and a classically trained Pilates instructor. Her Pilates journey began whilst recovering from a back injury, where she discovered its ability to gently restore strength and movement. Pilates allowed her to return to an active lifestyle and
to this day the mat is her favourite place to actively connect to her body.
Her classes are thoughtfully structured to work the whole body with a strong focus on core engagement and upper body alignment to bring the whole body into balance. Derya has a natural ability to help clients to get to connect to their own bodies, offering variations for every sequence, from beginner to advanced, so you can build strength and mobility in your own pace in a safe, supportive environment.
Wether you’re a complete beginner, currently working around an injury, returning to your own practice or are advanced, you’ll leave her sessions feeling taller, stronger, more connected and with a smile on your face.
Marie
Marie is a meditation and sound bath practitioner with a gentle, grounded teaching style. She guides students into deeper calm and connection as well as self discovery through accessible mindfulness practices and soothing sound journeys. At Warrior Studio, Marie creates a peaceful space for relaxation, nervous-system reset and inner balance. You can book her meditation classes and monthly sound baths on our workshop page.
sammy
Sammy is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Instructor with over 500 hours of training. Her own Yoga journey started when she was just 19 and a few years later, at 24 she began her teacher training. Now, more than two decades (and two children) later, her love and understanding of Yoga have only deepened.
For Sammy, Yoga isn’t just about staying physically fit, it’s about supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing in everyday life. She believes Yoga is a personal journey that can be adapted for absolutely everyone. She loves how it builds flexibility and strength, but also how it helps you grow, move past your own limits and reconnect with yourself.
Sammy is incredibly warm and welcoming. She can’t wait to meet and teach new faces at Warrior Studio. Namaste

Teija is a certified Pilates and Fitness instructor. Her classes are functional and core focused, designed to strengthen the powerhouse of the body while improving posture, over all strength and wellbeing. She takes a holistic approach to health, tailoring programs, to support both physical goals and mindset. As her teaching style is heavily influenced by Pilates and Yoga her approach will help you destress, move with ease and stand taller in every day life.
nisha
Nisha brings over 15 years of experience in Yoga, wellness and sound healing to Warrior Studio. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to support anyone from high intensity sports like Kickboxing to beginners. Helping you move better and feel more connected to your body.
Nisha blends strength based poses with mindful breathing and deep relaxation, creating sessions that will improve your flexibility, core stability and focus. Her approach helps you release tension, build a stronger mind-body connection and feel more balanced both on and off the mat.
Expect a class that’s powerful yet grounding, leaving you feeling centred, agile and completely recharged.
