Sammy is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Instructor with over 500 hours of training. Her own Yoga journey started when she was just 19 and a few years later, at 24 she began her teacher training. Now, more than two decades (and two children) later, her love and understanding of Yoga have only deepened.
For Sammy, Yoga isn’t just about staying physically fit, it’s about supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing in everyday life. She believes Yoga is a personal journey that can be adapted for absolutely everyone. She loves how it builds flexibility and strength, but also how it helps you grow, move past your own limits and reconnect with yourself.
Sammy is incredibly warm and welcoming. She can’t wait to meet and teach new faces at Warrior Studio. Namaste

Tonya’s love for fitness and nutrition began in her teens, shortly after she was diagnosed with PCOS. Determined to support her body naturally, she discovered how powerful movement and mindful nutrition could be. Her own experience sparked a passion that stayed with her ever since.
After becoming a Mum, Tonya decided to turn that passion into a career. She knows how transformational it feels when the right instructor helps you to feel strong, capable and confident in your own body. She’s made it her mission giving others the same experience.
In her sessions, you’ll be guided by someone who genuinely loves functional fitness, strength work and hybrid training. Tonya brings a blend of discipline, knowledge and lived experience into every class, helping you build strength and feeling empowered.
Nisha
Nisha brings over 15 years of experience in Yoga, wellness and sound healing to Warrior Studio. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to support anyone from high intensity sports like Kickboxing to beginners. Helping you move better and feel more connected to your body.
Nisha blends strength based poses with mindful breathing and deep relaxation, creating sessions that will improve your flexibility, core stability and focus. Her approach helps you release tension, build a stronger mind-body connection and feel more balanced both on and off the mat.
Expect a class that’s powerful yet grounding, leaving you feeling centred, agile and completely recharged.
